I won't have time to make up rider values for either option so we will use the free-for-all rider selection process.  This means you pick whoever you want with the only limits being GC, sprinter, and maybe climber categories. 

Scoring will be the same as le Tour, except that if we do the USA Pro Challenge the final result scores will be cut by about a third.

Votes will be tallied on Thursday (8/15).
